1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of EduFinder (the "portal"), which is run by the portal operator ("we"). They apply both to visitors browsing without an account and to registered users.

We may update these terms. Each updated version gets a new version date shown on this page. New accounts accept the current version when they are created.

2. What the portal offers

EduFinder is a directory of schools and kindergartens, with Israel as its initial market. Anyone can browse the portal without an account.

• Search and filter institutions
• View institutions on a map
• Compare fees, age groups and programmes
• Save favorites — in your browser as a guest, or in your account when signed in

3. Accounts and sign-in

Accounts are passwordless. To create an account or sign in, we send a one-time numeric code to your email address or phone number. The code expires after a few minutes and can be used only once. An account can have an email address, a phone number, or both.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email and phone secure and for activity in your account. Accounts are intended for adults; children should not create accounts.

4. Your content

When you post reviews, ratings or photos, you must make sure that your content:

• is truthful and based on your own experience
• is lawful and respectful towards others
• does not contain personal data of other people, such as names or photos that identify children
• does not infringe the rights of others

5. Moderation

Reviews, photos and changes to institution profiles are checked by portal administrators before publication. Portal administrators may reject or remove content that breaks these terms, and a reason is given.

Institution representatives cannot review institutions they manage and cannot remove reviews about them. You may withdraw your own review or delete your own photos at any time.

By submitting content, you allow us to publish it on the portal and to show it alongside the institution it concerns.

6. Institution representatives

Institution representatives manage the profiles of their institutions. Their changes are moderated before they appear publicly.

Representatives must provide accurate information and may act only for institutions they are authorised to represent.

7. Accuracy of information

Information about institutions comes from their representatives and from public sources. It may be incomplete or out of date.

Before making decisions, please verify fees, availability, programmes and other details directly with the institution.

8. Availability of the service

The portal is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features of the portal. We may also restrict or suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Third-party services

Maps and place search are provided by Google Maps and Google Places. When you use them, Google's scripts load in your browser and Google processes data under its own terms.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using the portal at any time and delete your account in account settings. What happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
